Hall of Learning Video
System
Requirements: A
broadband Internet connection is essential to attend PAPI due to
the extensive streaming
video content used for the
instructional segments of the workshop. Please view the video
above to confirm that your internet connection will support the
streaming video content.
Adobe Flash Player:
A recent version of Adobe Flash Player is needed to play PAPI
videos. Use the following link if you need to download the free
player (only necessary if you are unable to view the above
video):

Firefox Browser
Recommended: PAPI has been
tested on the most popular browsers, on both Windows and
Apple/Mac platforms. Although browser issues are rare, our
participants have found the most trouble-free experience using
the free Firefox Browser. If you do encounter any
browser-related issues, we highly recommend Firefox as a
solution.

Australian
Broadband: Australian
broadband may have bandwidth limits. Your broadband account may
state that it is 'unlimited' but in Australia there may still be
a monthly bandwidth limitation. When you exceed this (e.g. 500
meg) your connection speed may be reduced to 64k, which is
insufficient for viewing the PAPI Videos.
Bandwidth
Requirements: Viewing
the entire PAPI course, watching each video once, will require
approximately 2GB total bandwidth. If you are having trouble
viewing the PAPI videos, please check with your Internet Service
Provider to make sure you have a sufficient bandwidth
allowance.
Technical
Support: We offer
expert advice for any other technical problems that might arise
during the course of an online workshop.
