A three-week online workshop with personal support and guidance provided by Dr. Tart

Mindfulness Training is about learning to Wake Up

This three-week online workshop, with personal support and guidance from Dr. Charles Tart, will help you bring the many benefits of Mindfulness into your every day life in a practical and meaningful way. An experiential course, this workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced students alike.

There are no set class times for our workshop sessions. We understand that everyone has busy lives, and in addition, our workshop participants will be attending from all over the world and many different time zones. We have organized these workshops so that you can view the instructional videos and work with the practice sessions according to your own schedule. The workshop will be divided into six teaching sessions, with a new session introduced each Saturday and Tuesday of the workshop, at noon, US eastern or New York time. Each teaching session includes guided meditations for your practice, and you will be able to dialogue with Dr. Tart and ask him questions throughout the workshop using our workshop forums and private messaging service.

No-Risk Cancellation Policy: Cancel your enrollment at any time up to the official start of the workshop for a full refund. You can also withdraw from the workshop at any time during the first week if you are not satisfied for any reason, and still receive a full refund.

Dr. Charles T. Tart, Ph.D., an internationally renowned scientist, author and teacher, pioneered the field of consciousness studies decades ago when he was one of the first Western scientists to promote the study of the physiological and psychological effects of meditation practice. His classic book Altered States of Consciousness made the phrase "altered states" a household term. Currently a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the University of California, Davis, is a founder of the field of Transpersonal Psychology. Dr. Tart has authored 14 books (three of them on Mindfulness) and more than 250 articles in leading professional journals, including Science and Nature.
